The pink drink is one of my favorites, I can’t wait to try this. I haven’t tried coconut water, but another reader said they prefer coconut water over milk. You can use any size cup you have – the cup I used is a Venti-sized reusable cup that I bought at Starbucks. Add 1/2 cup of coconut milk and a handful of ice to each cup. So I’m not sure this would taste like a pink drink, but I will give it a try. I have to say, this is a delicious and amazing recipe, like I have to make this EVERYDAY because it’s so good to the point where I’m in love with it! But I would recommend add a little less water and it’ll taste so good. You can add this as well by putting some non-fat milk and vanilla syrup into an immersion blender and blending until it’s nice and foamy. Make sure to leave room at the top of your cup. I decided to use the acai berry tea because I LUUUUUUURVE it and love the flavor it brings to the drink.
My daughter loves the pink drink and we are missing starbucks. I have not had the opportunity of trying the Pink Drink of Starbucks. But looking at your recipe, I would love to go for the copycat!
